Four positions on the board of education (BOE) were determined in the November 7, 2023 election. Board members elected, in order of number of votes cast, are: Susan Lamb*, Ben Hershberger, Jerry Mininger, Philip Diller*. New BOE members Ben Hershberger and Jerry Mininger will be seated at the first meeting in January, 2024.

The next local election will take place in November, 2025. At that time, three positions on the board of education (BOE) will be up for election. These seats are currently held by Layne Frick, Sara Jantz, and Susan Rostetter.

Any adult U.S. citizen who resides within the Hesston USD 460 boundaries is eligible to run for office.
